On April the second, emergency services attended the scene of an accident involving an overturned truck carrying around four million baht worth of beer in Amphor Mueng in Thailand’s Ubon Ratchathani. The beer truck was already upside down at the side of the road when help arrived. The driver was immediately taken to a nearby hospital. Parked vehicles filled the road as locals collected the beer scattered all over the road. The beer company tried to stop them, but failed. So they agreed to sell the beer at a bargain price, 280 baht instead of 680 baht per crate.
