A class of grade six students, at Chumpee-vanidaporn school in Thailand’s Nan province, has drawn cartoons and good will messages for the thirteen young footballers who were trapped inside a cave in Chiangrai. The head of the school, Pirasinee Tariyawongwanit, said every morning teachers would update their classes on the rescue mission’s progress. They told the kids that, when it comes to social media, judgments must be made and the facts must be verified before trusting anything or anyone. On July the second, around 10pm, rescuers found the twelve boys and their football coach alive. The challenge now will be to get all thirteen out of the cave safely.
